Director, Strategic Finance (Remote)

Position Purpose: The Director - Finance position is a key role in the Value Creation Office and will support, manage, and drive enterprise strategic initiatives with a heavy focus on financial and qualitative results. The ideal candidate will have a strategic finance and modeling background and will feel comfortable partnering and communicating with senior leaders across the enterprise.

In this Director, Finance role, you will:

- Lead a team of Finance Managers and Analysts

- Direct the creation of strategic initiative business cases and forecast models from a financial perspective

- Partner and collaborate with senior leaders from the VCO, business units, operations and corporate finance to support effective decision making

- Monitor key milestones indicative of initiative success and support performance management of initiatives from ideation through implementation/execution

- Track realization of benefits, including financial and qualitative key performance indicators, leveraging standard methodologies

- Prepare and review monthly and quarterly senior management financial summaries that reflect initiative performance and status

Important Note: This position is fully remote. However, due to the needs of the business, candidate must be available to work one the following time zones: Eastern Standard Time (EST) or Central Standard Time (CST).

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of related experience preferably in Healthcare Accounting.
• Previous management experience including responsibilities for hiring, training, assigning work and managing performance of staff.

License/Certification:

• CPA preferred.

Preferred Experience:

• The ideal candidate will have a strategic finance and modeling background and will feel comfortable partnering and communicating with senior leaders across the enterprise.
