The Opportunity

A Director, Strategic Partnerships who will play a key role in driving growth and revenue for the company. As a healthcare technology company focused on evidence-based solutions, we are dedicated to improving mental health by making high-quality services accessible to everyone. The Director, Strategic Partnerships will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and developing new business opportunities with referring partners from hospitals, health systems, private practices, and covered benefits providers.

This role requires a strategic thinker with strong business development, sales, and relationship management skills. The ideal candidate will have experience building and managing successful partnerships, as well as a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and current trends in mental health.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and develop new strategic partnerships with organizations in the healthcare industry to drive new patient acquisition
  • Develop and implement strategies for sourcing new partners, and cultivate relationships with existing partners to expand the company's reach and impact
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop marketing and promotional materials for partners and assist with partner-related marketing initiatives
  • Act as a subject matter expert on mental health, staying up-to-date on industry trends and sharing insights with partners
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful partner integration and ongoing collaboration
  • Build a repeatable process for acquiring and on-boarding referring providers and patient cohorts
  • Monitor partnership performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations, ensuring that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the partnership
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to partnership activities, and use data to inform ongoing strategy and decision-making
  • Travel up to 10%

 

Candidate Profile

  • 8 - 10 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships development
  • Demonstrated success in identifying, pursuing, and closing partnerships in the healthcare industry
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including trends and key players in mental health
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Comfortable working independently and autonomously, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Familiarity with Active Campaign or other CRM platforms
  • Passion for mental health, and a desire to make a positive impact in the world
  • Comfortable working in a remote environment
  • Ability to travel up to 10%

 

Salary & Benefits

The base salary range for this position is $140,000 - $150,000. In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for bonus, equity, and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here: medical, dental, vision, 401(k), FTO, and company holidays to name a few. Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications. This information is applicable for all full-time positions.
