Job Description
Ibotta is seeking a Director, Strategic Partnerships to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding.Â
In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to build relationships with our most important strategic partners that host Ibotta’s offer content on a white-label basis. This will include large national retailers, technology distribution partners, and content publishers. These partnerships will account for hundreds of millions of dollars in annual revenue and represent the future of Ibotta and the Ibotta Performance Network. This position is located in Denver, Colorado with the option of being full-time remote. Candidates must live in the United States.
What you will be doing:
Coordinate with our strategic partners and cross-functional teams to launch and expand new and existing partnerships, driving the efforts to increase offer redemptions on partner properties, measuring performance, monitoring potential issues, and implementing solutions
Execute the strategy that grows Ibotta from primarily being a D2C app to the go-to platform that provides Rewards as a Service to various partners
Develop and lead innovative presentations that educate our partners on Ibotta’s value proposition and partnership opportunities
Use innovation, creativity, process, and entrepreneurialism in every interaction you have, both externally and internally
Ensure that the partnership development strategies align with the values, goals, and resources of the business
Grow, maintain and leverage your network by attending conferences, trade shows, and industry events to build relationships, close deals and maintain expertise in our industry
Ensure retention and growth of existing partnerships through adept relationship management and education around new opportunities
Manage delivery of core partner KPIs including revenue, profitability, partner success and delivery of key strategic initiatives
Collaborate with and grow aptitude of Account Managers and other teammates to ensure flawless implementation of partnership strategy
Lead and be accountable for all aspects of the partnership implementation including marketing, product, engineering, revenue operations, legal, finance, and analytics
Identify and conduct financial modeling to evaluate and prioritize new partnership opportunities

What we are looking for:Â
6-10 years of experience managing strategic B2B partners/clients, executive relationships, and/or business development
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Technical Skills: G Suite, Excel, Word, and PowerPointÂ
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (Candidates do a mock case study as part of the hiring process)
Ability to lead internal/external conversations with high-profile retail, brand and agency partners
Experience managing highly strategic enterprise level accounts
Experience working on complex, cross-functional, technology-oriented projects
Capitalize on past marketing/project management experience to work with clients and internal partners to facilitate campaigns and share best practices to maximize results

Additional Details:
This position is located in Denver, CO with the option of full-time remote and includes competitive pay, flexible time off, benefits package (including medical, dental, vision), Lifestyle Spending Account, 401k match, and equity.
Base compensation range: $130,000-$150,000. This range is not all inclusive as total compensation for this role also includes a variable component in addition to the base salary that will increase total earnings. Talk to your recruiter to learn more. This compensation range is specific to the United States labor market and may be adjusted based on actual experience.Â
