Title: Director, Strategic Partnerships , InMobi ExchangeÂ

Position Summary:Â
As a Director, Strategic Partnerships, you will own the strategy and operations for a small team overseeing some of our most influencial and complex partnerships. You will manage Header Bidding Platform relationships on the sell-side and Exchange Demand partnerships on the buy-side, with companies like Google, Amazon, AppLovin, Microsoft, etc. Apart from owning the relationship, you will also creatively grow revenue and bring a strategic angle to the partnership. In this role, you will handle partnerships that are crucial to the success and growth of InMobi Exchange. Â

The impact you'll make:Â
- Player/Coach for the entire book of business, involving certain day-to-day relationships, account management, and growth strategy for top platform customersÂ
- Identify and close strategic up-selling and cross-selling opportunities by understanding core customer business needsÂ
- Work closely with product, supply, marketing and operations teams to constantly optimize efforts relating to Account growth and company-wide goalsÂ
- Provide feedback to the product team in designing better products by communicating market and competitor knowledge 
- Derive actionable insights from data and shape business decisions
- Coordinate global account discussions with counterparts in APAC & EMEA
- Communicate the value of InMobi Exchange platform to relevant teams in the Client Org. Â

The experience you'll need: Â
- 8-12 years of experience working within Online/Digital Media, developing key partnerships with clients; in-app experience preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree Â
- Industry Type: Online/Digital Media or Internet Business
- Functional Area: Sales/Business Development/Account Management
- Proven track record for developing strong customer relationships, and ability to work cross functionally across various internal teams
- Flexible & startup mindset with proven success in fast-paced work environments
- Prior experience of handling & scaling customer accounts with significant revenue scale
- Proven ability to solve problems, proactively creating solutions to exceed goals
- Comfortable with ambiguity and decision-making in the absence of perfect information
- Strong quantitative skills and negotiation ability
- Self-starter – able to tackle new clients or territories with little mentorship
- Agile learner – able to rapidly grasp new technology and product changes
- Ability to work across different global cultures and in a matrix style environment.

Our compensation philosophy enables us to provide competitive salary that drives high performance while balancing business needs and pay parity. We determine compensation based on a wide variety of factors including role, nature of experience, skills and location. Â
The base (fixed) pay range for this role would range from $140,706 USD to $222,784 USD (Min and Max of Base Pay range). This salary range is applicable for our offices located in California and New York*. In addition, an InMobian may also receive variable pay in the form of annual variable bonus or quarterly variable bonus / sales incentive, as deemed per policy in addition to fixed compensation.  Â
*Our ranges may vary based on final location / region / or fully remote roles in accordance to the geographical differentiation in pay scales in the country. Â
In addition to cash compensation, based on the position, an InMobian can receive equity in the form of Restricted Stock Units. We believe that our employees/personnel should have the ability to own a part of the entity they are a part of. Therefore, the entity employing you may elect to provide such stocks to you. Ownership of stock aids us to treat our employer company as our own and base our decisions on such a company’s best interest at heart. To encourage a spirit of shared ownership, we grant InMobians relevant company stock(s). As you contribute to the growth of your company, certain stocks may be issued to you in recognition of your contribution. Â
