Position Summary:
As the Director, Strategy & Analytics (Neurology), you will work alongside the Business Unit Executive, Clinical Service Line Chief, National Director of APPs, to advance the most critical initiatives across the service line. You will support developing the overall strategy, identifying requirements to implement, and driving accountability across the organization. The candidate with assist with driving operational performance and creating goals that support the service line. The ideal candidate is comfortable with large datasets and has deep expertise across both analytical and conceptual problem solving.

Responsibilities
- Involved with strategic development with service line leads
- Assist with ensuring all key operational targets and compliance and regulatory requirements are met
- Identifies performance improvement and integration opportunities and facilities and partners to translate into realized efficiencies
- Assists with facilitating process improvements to achieve optimal business performance
- Integrates with operational support services, finance, human resources and marketing functions
- Promotes and maintains harmonious inter-intra departmental relationships and represents the operations team for the service line in coordinating administrative and operational activities which interface with other departments
- Monitors, analyzes, trends, reports and implements actions to improve personnel staffing patterns, service quality and/or productivity performance
- Leads team to ensure goals are met and deploys initiatives to achieve as needed
- Delivers best-in-class efficient and patient-centered services
- Directs implementation of strategic objectives towards overall plan
- Assist with Identifying, monitoring, and leading cross functional organizational strategies which drive growth and business effectiveness
- Assist with developing or improving Operating Mechanisms for us to align most effectively with our internal stakeholders
- Work with the teams to build the integrated growth strategies tracking dashboard. (KPIs)
- Pro-actively identify gaps and play the hub for operations enabling quicker more efficient decision making
- Maintain a strategic backlog of topics for the leadership team
- Coordinate communication cadence and channels for leadership team into the organization
- Act as a sounding board to senior leadership on matters of strategy, team efficiency, and operations
Requirements
- Minimum six years of administrative and management experience within a health care environment
- College Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Health Care Administration or equivalent
- The ideal candidate should have competencies in financial analysis and modeling, communications and organizational effectiveness, strategic thinking and content creation
- Resourceful, creative, energetic, and focused
- Exceptional at communicating across all levels and with all stakeholders
- Interested in working within high functioning teams and willing to roll-up their sleeves
- Outstanding facilitation, collaboration, and influencing skills
- Effective interpersonal skills and strong executive presentation development and delivery skills
- Trustworthy with high integrity, and the ability to maintain appropriate confidentiality
- Requires supervisory skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to establish cooperative relationships
- Knowledge of financial forecasting, cost effectiveness, development and implementation of systems and resource management
