As a Director of Strategy and Integration supporting the Pharmaceutical Franchise,you will be trusted to lead insight development of the business, category and competitive trends to develop business strategies and tactics. In this role, a typical day will include:

• Proactively making recommendations to modify annual plan to address gaps and ensure business goals are met.
• Leverage a strong intellectual curiosity to uncover and plan against key insights and use powerful storytelling skills to influence senior leadership to align and invest against the plan
• Model financial competence including prioritization, financial planning, and performance analytics
• Provide thought leadership for brand media, advertising and marketing program development
• Lead all aspects of strategic planning for messaging for US Pharma
• Tapping into expertise in eye care to provide differentiated solutions for our customers and drive new opportunities for our brands to address unmet needs: Product knowledge, Disease knowledge, Ability to bridge science & commercial, Evidence planning

Key Requirements/Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +18 yrs; Assoc.+14 yrs; M.S.+7 yrs; PhD+6 yrs)
• The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English
• 10 Years of Relevant Experience
• 6 Years of Demonstrated Leadership
