Director Strategy & Operations

Navan is looking for an experienced Director Strategy & Operations shaping and driving strategic, operational, and organizational improvements across the company in close alignment with the company’s senior leadership.

What You'll Do

• Partner with Navan’s Executive team in defining and executing the company’s strategy to win in the relevant markets
• Work closely with the Executive Vice President, Strategy & Operations on various strategic initiatives that typically span multiple business units, function and/or regions  
• Take over responsibility for most critical internal and external strategic projects across the global organization from design through execution, i.e., definition of project scope, objectives, team setup and work schedule, implementation and ongoing project management, and measurement and reporting of outcomes 
• Coordinate cross-functional project teams of internal employees and potentially external stakeholders
• Build and optimize scalable structures and processes across the organization to actively contribute to Navan’s further growth and success
• Lead, build and inspire a high-performing team, setting a collaborative and results-driven culture

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of work experience in high-performing organizations within top-tier strategy consulting, corporate development or start-/scale-ups
• Direct experience executing against a strategy, and scaling it globally
• Strong problem-solving capabilities including quantitative skills and analytical and conceptual thinking
• Ability to build trust with stakeholders and leaders across the global organization and drive results
• Broad experience in leading complex, cross-functional projects 
• Self-starter mentality displaying strong ownership and ambition
• Great communication and presentation skills 
• Experience in leading and growing teams
