Director, Strategy & Operations (CDO)

ADP is hiring a Director of Strategy and Operations for our Chief Data Office (CDO) Data Advantage Team. The Director of Strategy and Operations will partner closely with ADP executives to define, communicate, and drive ADP's data strategy, measure value realization from our data and AI efforts, and play a central role in our AI and other data initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Help devise and communicate ADP's data and AI strategy and operational plans
• Partner with BU leaders, Product, Sales, Data Science, Engineering, and more to drive the planning and implementation of strategic data and AI initiatives
• Conduct in-depth market and competitive assessments on the use of AI and Analytics in Financial Services, Data, and HR Tech companies to identify opportunities and risks
• Partner with executives to identify new data and AI strategies and initiatives as well as continually shape existing ones
• Performs other related duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 5 years directly related experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:

• MBA Preferred
• Experience in a top-tier consulting firm, product strategy or the following roles (HCM experience preferred): competitive / market intelligence, industry / market research, or corporate strategy at a technology company
• Expert experience researching industry trends, usage analytics, and competitive dynamics as well as proven experience applying to product strategy and roadmap
• Comfort with financial statement analysis
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Exceptional oral and written communications, and able to communicate well with executives
• Ability to influence at senior levels
