Allabout the role:

TheSupply Chain D2C & Last Mile Operations Director resides with in Electrolux'sNorth America Operations organization and will work within the Last Mile /HomeDelivery team. The role is responsible for the growth of the futuresupply chain set-up related to D2C and Builder Channels including Last Mile Hub(LMH) network, productivity, driving continuous improvement as well as thesustainability of the current LMH network through a combination of bestpractice knowledge, benchmarking research and decision-making tools andtechniques. The SC D2C &LM Directorwill partner with the Supply Chain, Sales, IT, and Finance leadership team toenable decision making in building & optimizing the network design to includestrategic locations, last mile delivery channels, distribution centers,transportation and insource versus outsource decisions seeking to deliveroutstanding consumer experiences. This role will also initiate, develop,deploy, measure, and audit goals and objectives that address the overallquality of the LMH network. As a keysupply chain leader for North America, the SC D2C & LM Director must modelthe company's core leadership competences and exemplify other importantelements of our corporate culture, including respect and diversity, ethics andintegrity, and safety and sustainability.

Whatyou'll do:

As the SupplyChain D2C & Last Mile Operations Director, you will lead and develop strategy andimplementation plans D2C & LM Supply Chain capabilities and processes.As an analytical, strategic,and tactical thinker, you will develop strategies, programs and processes thatsupport the short- and long-term business. Leading the implementation of the LMH strategythrough a team made up of EMA full time and contract employees local toCharlotte, as well as in the LMH field locations dispersed throughout the USand Canada. Your ability to assessorganizational capabilities, mentor, recruit, train, and develophigh-performing operations teams to support your operational strategies will allowyou to develop a superior operations leadership team that will drive overallorganizational engagement. This position requires a high degree ofcommunication with third party providers and external customers while maintainingconfidentiality and discretion in business relationships and exercising soundbusiness judgment. You will also be required to communicate with seniormanagement on a regular basis.

In detail, you will:

Provide day-to-day leadershipand vision to the Last Mile organization with a keen eye toward operationalexcellence, leveraging systems and processes to maximize efficiency andproductivity of the operations.

Continually identify, develop,and execute new areas for cost savings, working capital efficiency, cash flowmanagement and operational improvement

Develop and achieve keydelivery performance, consumer satisfaction ratings and quality metrics

Develop and maintain LMHcapacity planning

Implement systems and/orprocesses as needed through collaboration with Sales, Ownership Solutions andWarranty Teams

Institutionalize organizationallearning and best practices.

Establish and maintaineffective interpersonal working relationships with internal and externalcustomers

Develop and implementoperational improvement initiatives that have yielded measurable improvementsin financial performance

Qualificationsrequired:

Bachelor'sDegree required; preferably in supply chain, logistics or related field

Minimumten years' experience in a leadership role within logistics for a manufacturingor durable goods organization; including experience in home delivery

Minimumfive years' experience with direct P&L responsibility for a transportationor distribution function

Minimumfive years' experience managing direct reports

Strongunderstanding of Last Mile industry

Experiencewith Lean Manufacturing, agile methodology (SCRUM), DRP, Track & Trace andtransportation planning tools are differentiators

Demonstratedsuccess selecting and implementing end to end digital logistics visibilitysolutions

Demonstrated accomplishments inmanufacturing and operational excellence

Experiencein business process reengineering and program / project management with anability to lead multiple people and projects simultaneously

Where you'll be:

This position will be based atour North American Headquarters in Charlotte, NC. Minimum of 50% travel isrequired.
