As the director for our Supply Chain Strategy and Planning team, you will partner with the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) leadership to develop, build, and execute the Integrated Supply Chain strategic capabilities roadmap that is aligned with business strategies, transforming to an agile and responsive supply chain to create a truly connected enterprise and ecosystem. The role leads the prioritization, orchestration, and execution of the critical ISC transformation initiatives. This position also plays a key role in driving the Manufacturing Strategy and Planning team to optimize the global network, total cost ownership, and manufacturing resilience. You'll help optimize service and cost and simplify our customers' experience in working with us.

This role reports to the vice president of Supply Chain Strategy and Planning.
What you will do
- Partner with the ISC leadership to develop, build, and execute the Integrated Supply Chain strategic capabilities roadmap that is aligned with business strategies, transforming the supply chain by embracing advanced process and technology capabilities to create a truly connected enterprise and ecosystem.
- Collaborate with the BU, IT, Logistics, Sourcing, Supply Chain Planning and Shared Services to orchestrate and execute the suite of digital strategies spanning order to cash, available to promise, replenishment and integration, e- commerce integration, source to pay, supplier collaboration/integration, supply chain planning, and effective inbound /outbound logistics operations for supply and customer fulfillment.
- Leads the Manufacturing Strategy and Planning team to optimize the global network, total cost ownership, and manufacturing resilience across 20+ locations.
- Prioritizes and executes ISC strategic transformation portfolio inclusive of orchestrating the resourcing and funding across the enterprise.
- Serves as the primary linkage between functional business requirements and the IT team for large system design and configuration.
- Ensure all future designs leverage the right data points from inbound supply, the production operating environment, and distribution to effectively represent product flow, quality control (track and trace) and support effective scenario analysis in daily operational planning.
- Supports resolution of process issues and engages appropriate stakeholders for alignment to quality systems and regulatory requirements.
- Drive data driven decision making in supply chain, moving our supply chain from diagnostic to advanced predictive analytics capabilities and promoting a digital culture and ensuring a robust data management strategy.
- Support and deploy enterprise initiatives to sustain evolving ERP and ARR business processes.
Basic qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (required). Preferred fields include Supply Chain Operations / Management, Industrial Engineering, Business & Administration / Management or Letters & Sciences related discipline and 10- 15 years of experience in areas of Logistics and SC Operations, Industrial Engineering, Supply Network Planning, Procurement and Business Management
- At least 10 years of experience in supply chain management and 12 years of leadership experience
Preferred qualifications
- Strong end-to-end supply chain experience working across core supply chain functions (plan, source, make or deliver) with demonstrated success.
- Track record of project delivery success that includes system implementation / integration, cost savings, process improvement.
- Demonstrated ability to present and communicate to all levels of an organization including executive leadership both internally and externally.
- Strong ability to build a collaborative, diverse and inclusive culture resulting in improved employee engagement.
- Customer focused or "outside-in" experience/approach to supply chain management.
- Successful in leading in a global, matrixed organization structure across cross-functional lines.
- Demonstrated expertise leading within a complex global supply chain organization and ability to provide both technical and managerial leadership to the organization.
- Proven experience driving aggressive strategic and operational business outcomes through strong execution, with an emphasis on progress over perfection.
- Experience attracting, developing, and retaining high performing teams.
- Articulate, persuasive, and persistent to drive change and overcome normal organizational resistance while providing hands-on leadership to the organization.
- Networks across the organization and develops successful internal and external relationships.
- Instills a sense of urgency and drives problems towards resolution. Monitors the progress of others and redirects efforts.
