About the team

The Revenue Operations team is a critical component of the Finance team at SecurityScorecard, and a key business partner for our company’s leadership. As part of this team, the Systems Administrator will support various systems and system connectors including but not limited to Salesforce, Adaptive, Sage Intacct, Coupa, Mavenlink, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ, Tableau, Clari along with other tools in our larger tech stack.

The right candidate will be an experienced Business system’s Administrator who has strong Salesforce knowledge as well as an interest in understanding the big picture. Work on Financial systems,  CRM-related projects while contributing to execution for a fast growth, Saas IPO candidate company!

 What you will do

  • Perform administrative responsibilities for financial and HR systems and connectors. Responsibilities include providing and removing access to systems, performing period review of access logs, monitoring for system updates, summarizing updates and highlighting updates/changes that impact  operations, finance, and accounting. Testing systems before updates pushed into production to confirm updates function properly. Assisting with resolving system issues. 
    • Salesforce.com -- Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, & CPQ -- coordinating with consultants as needed
    • Sage Intacct, including the Contracts and Projects modules
    • Coupa
    • Mavenlink
    • Adaptive
    • UltiPro (UKG)
    • BambooHR
  • Work with Data governance, Deal Desk and Revenue Operations to identify, scope, and deliver systems changes that improve operations for the organization
  • Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, translate high-level information into details to develop a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs
  • Create and manage SFDC page layouts, record types and custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, custom workflow, and approval processes.
  • Build and manage dashboards, views, reports in Salesforce standard and custom objects
  • Develop workflows and use Process Builder to automate manual processes (testing updates within Sandbox before release to Production)
  • Manage the business’ Salesforce CPQ implementation, supporting the Business Operations and Sales teams to increase efficiency, resolve technical issues, and adapt the system based on evolving business needs
  • Work with the RevOps team to provide day-to-day support and guidance to Salesforce end users, assisting with training as needed
  • Assist in evaluation of tech stack composition (introduction of net new tools as well as tool consolidation/elimination)
  • Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com and all upstream and downstream applications, systems and processes

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of experience as a certified Salesforce.com Administrator
    • Salesforce Admin (201) certification
    • Admin experience with Salesforce.com including but not limited to Salesforce CPQ, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud
  • IT general controls administration experience
  • Familiarity with Adaptive, Sage and other tools
    • SaaS business model and working in an agile environment

Additional qualifications

  • Advanced Salesforce Admin certification preferred
  • Developer, Business Systems Engineer, or Backend Engineer experience preferred
  • Experience with Openprise or similar data orchestration platform preferred preferred
  • Knowledge of APEX, Javascript, PHP, and/or Ruby on Rails preferred
  • Data warehouse experience preferred
  • Experience with API preferred
