The Director Systems Support & Programs directs activities within one or more system support areas.

How you will make an impact:

  • Identification and execution of business process automation improvements include performance management oversight.
  • Creates, maintains and oversees performance reporting of new capabilities implemented
  • Oversees system configurations for billing, products, providers, and claims.
  • Oversees the relationships between systems support, business units, IT, vendors and other areas to ensure work deliverables are evaluated from end to end.
  • Oversees the prioritization and quality programs.
  • Oversees business analysis area to ensure business needs are clearly identified, documented, tested and delivered within scope.
  • Oversees the delivery of projects and ensures compliance standards are being maintained
  • Partners cross functionally and externally to source appropriate solution based upon business need.
  • Oversees the delivery of system and soft-skill training and documentation of processes and procedures.
  • Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Requires a BA/BS in a related field and minimum of 9 years related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:

  • MBA preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and negotiation skills, with advanced strategic planning and organizational skills strongly preferred.
