Director, Talent Acquisition

Our People & Culture team is hiring a Director, Talent Acquisition to lead and develop a passionate team while also embodying our unique culture and brand. Our next leader is passionate about building teams, creating connections, and designing meaningful candidate experiences.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and mentor a diverse team that’s passionate about MetroStar and our mission
- Design creative recruiting strategies rooted in collaboration and performance
- Partner with operations to enhance and evolve our candidate experience
- Provide strategic recruiting insights to MetroStar’s leadership team
- Streamline processes and policies to ensure the team can move quickly and mitigate risks
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- 12-15 years of progressive recruiting/talent acquisition experience with an emphasis on technology
- 5 years of people management experience (coach, empower, develop a team)
- 6+ years recruiting with government contractors (deep National Security experience a plus)
- Savvy sourcer that’s passionate about social media, outreach campaigns, events, and other strategies to find unicorn candidates
- Expertise navigating compliance mandates like OFCCP
