Job Title: Director of Talent Acquisition

Reports to: Chief Human Resources Officer

Location: US-GA-Atlanta, Hybrid Role

Position Overview: Director Talent Acquisition

As the Director Talent Acquisition you will report to the Chief Human Resources Officer and be responsible for leading a recruiting team to full cycle recruit passive and active candidates for key roles across the organization. The Director Talent Acquisition will work with the recruiting team to create sourcing strategies, and partner directly with hiring managers to execute recruiting priorities. The Director Talent Acquisition will partner with the broader HR team to support the company's overall talent objectives.

Critical to this role is the ability to build strong partnerships with business leaders, drive a proactive approach to talent acquisition in key areas of our business, and ensure a diverse pipeline of talent for hiring opportunities. This position will utilize your experience in leadership and recruiting to partner with a professional recruitment team to drive results.

Understanding the marketplace through benchmarking and networking, you will analyze both recruitment and business trends to provide expert solutions to find top talent. Your insight will allow you to make recommendations on staffing processes, building talent pipelines and sourcing prospects that result in finding top talent.

The Director Talent Acquisition is a hands-on role that will source for more senior level roles across the company. The Director will lead a team of recruiters in sourcing for the multiple functions including Information Technology, Finance, Operations, and Marketing & Sales.

Essential Functions:

  • Lead the recruiting team to support the company's ongoing hiring needs


  • Function as a recruiting subject matter expert, recruiting for key positions and providing guidance on a daily basis to recruiters on the team


  • Consult with the business to ensure real-time communication on recruiting initiatives and issues


  • Develop and present recruitment metrics to measure results


  • Communicate recruitment process and practices to internal clients


  • Serve as a key member of the HR leadership team, demonstrating collaboration and teamwork within the HR function and across the organization


  • Build relationships and act as a resource for recruiting questions and activities


  • Analyze team performance to identify trends (i.e., survey results, results of strategies, etc.)


Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of recruitment leadership experience within a high-growth organization
  • 7-10 years serving as a full cycle recruiting subject matter expert
  • Experience sourcing active and passive candidates
  • Experience leading a small team (5+) of recruiters
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience recruiting key roles in technology is a plus
  • Agency Recruiting experience is a plus
  • Demonstrated track record of success in developing and implementing successful and creative recruitment strategies.
  • Working knowledge of key recruiting platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice
  • Working knowledge of ATS systems- ADP is preferred (e.g., Workday, Taleo, Hirebridge, iCIMS, etc.)
  • Knowledge of compliance related to nondiscrimination/affirmative action laws and regulations
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring leaders and desire for strong customer service
  • Excellent written and oral communication. Highly articulate, able to deliver presentations with conviction and passion
  • Ability to quickly gain an understanding of the business needs and strategy and articulate the needs of a position
  • Willingness to be hands-on throughout daily activities
  • Able to adapt own approach and style to the situation; flexible approach and an ability to change direction with minimum disruption to others
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strong working relationships and influence
  • Self-disciplined, taking pride in managing self to deliver agreed objectives
  • Able to operate in a fast-moving and demanding environment
