Why Lytx:

As the Director of Talent Acquisition, you will lead a strategic recruiting function that serves as a consultative partner to our business and drives disciplined and inclusive talent practices. You will report into the VP, Talent and lead a team of Recruitment leaders, Recruiters and Operations staff.

You'll Get To:
  • Develop Talent Acquisition (TA)strategy and team:Through close partnership with the Talent, DE&I, Human Resources and business leaders enhance and drive our full cycle recruitment and talent attraction strategy. You effectively translate business needs into strategic initiatives and drive quantifiable outcomes. Hiring, developing and aligning the TA team to become consultative partners to the business and drive disciplined and inclusive talent practices.
  • Grow hiring discipline and accountability:Align the TA team's processes and technology and assess growth opportunities and risks by leveraging quantitative and qualitative data. Drive coordinated alignment, action and accountability from all hiring stakeholders so we're poised to hire a diverse group of top talent enabling Lytx to grow and continue to scale.
  • Buildpositive relationships:Collaborate across the company and work closely with the business owners to ensure we're crafting sourcing and hiring efforts that address the business needs.
  • Demonstratetheimpactof hiring efforts:Track and develop new TA metrics that help assess, analyze, and understand our talent pipeline, conversion, areas of recruiting strength, and areas of development. Monitor diversity hiring metrics across the organization in partnership with our DE&I Leader.
  • ContinuousImprovement:Constantly test and innovate. Use experience, external data and internal data to benchmark our practices and identify emerging trends for us to consider.


What You'll Need:

  • Minimum of 10 years' proven experience leading, aligning and developing an in-house Talent Acquisition team of varied experience levels in a high growth tech industry.
  • Quantifiable success growing top of funnel diversity and diversity of hires
  • Previous experience improving hiring efficiency without sacrificing talent quality
  • Strong industry relationships that will aid with external partnerships and benchmarking
  • Deep knowledge of and a point of view about hiring analytics, talent strategy and organizational change. Demonstrated experience leveraging data to drive TA strategy, processes and programs.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt quickly to shifting priorities, make timely decisions and drive behavioral change
  • Problem solver with the ability to switch seamlessly between critical thinking and tactical execution within a fast-paced environment
