What You'll Do:
Crexi is looking for a strong people leader to help drive the Talent Acquisition team to build and grow Crexi with talented candidates. The Director of Talent Acquisition will be responsible for all aspects of recruiting including strategy, operations, talent branding, talent analytics, and more. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the Director of Talent Acquisition will motivate, grow and inspire the TA team and act as a trusted advisor within senior leadership. This position will be onsite in Playa Vista, CA.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Shape the Crexi Talent Acquisition strategy, with direct accountability for continuous improvement of our candidate experience and talent operations
- Lead, mentor, and coach Crexi's best in class Talent Acquisition team to hire top talent
- Advise, partner and build strong relationships with business leaders across the company to elevate business outcomes and ensure hiring plans are effectively met
- Implement and optimize full cycle recruitment processes including job descriptions, candidate sourcing, employer branding, hiring team interview plans, and refining recruitment workflows
- Optimize our Applicant Tracking System and tools to increase visibility of team performance, pipeline development, effective sourcing and enhance automated processes and reporting
- Create, monitor, and publish key metrics to proactively identify successes, bottlenecks, and report on health of the full cycle recruitment process
- Continuously provide insight on candidate experience to recruiters to ensure positive experience and elevate the service delivery internally
- Partner with Finance to proactively manage hiring plans and improve processes and reporting
What You Have:
- A minimum of 12 years of Talent Acquisition experience with 5 or more years management experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, Master's is a plus
- Demonstrated success leading Talent Acquisition teams and strategies in a high growth private technology and sales organization
- Proven management experience and success leading and developing high performing teams
- Ability to be agile, resilient and tenacious in challenging situations and in an ever-changing environment
- Deep understanding of recruiting metrics and how to leverage data to improve processes and show successes
- Proven experience partnering cross-functionally to build strategies and execute on plans
- Ability to drive effective communications in a variety of situations both internally and with candidates
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
The anticipated base salary range for candidates who will work in our Playa Vista, California location is $153,000 - $172,000. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors, which may include, but are not limited to, the type and length of experience applicable to the role and within the industry, education, geographic location, etc. Commercial Real Estate Exchange, Inc ("Crexi") is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work in other states.
