Director, Talent Acquisition Operations

Bond Vet is building the next generation of veterinary clinics from the ground up — and we’re looking for a Director, Talent Acquisition Operations to join the team. The Director will drive operational efficiency and ensure our systems capabilities fully support recruitment efforts as we continue to scale. This role will report directly to the VP of Talent Acquisition.
What you’ll do:- Lead the recruitment operations function that drives hiring success including reporting and analytics, policies and practices, training for hiring managers and TA, systems and tools, vendor management.
- Partner with the VP of Talent Acquisition to develop the Talent Acquisition strategy.
- Drive process improvement, own metrics and reporting as well as other key initiatives in the Talent Acquisition function.
- Lead a high performing team to fully support all aspects of operations, tooling, analytics, programs, employer brand and logistics for the recruiting team.
- Manage key recruiting projects from concept through to execution.
- Identify tools, systems, and technologies that will improve our processes and make the team more efficient.
- Oversee key vendor relationships and management such as LinkedIn, Gem, job boards and recruitment agencies.
- Develop and refine recruiter onboarding and training programs.
- Leverage data to identify trends and provide meaningful insights to the business and cross functional partners.
- Create strategies to deliver a best-in-class candidate experience.
- Manage recruiter goal tracking and scorecard development.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in recruiting operations, business operations, business consulting, and/or sales operations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and programs with a strong ability to partner with and influence cross functional stakeholders.
- Experience mentoring, scaling and leading teams to success.
- Experience in developing and implementing operational processes to support successful scaling.
- The ability to handle multiple requests with a high level of urgency.
