As the Director of Talent Acquisition Technology, you'll play a crucial role in the strategic design, execution and continuous innovation of all recruitment technology initiatives and you'll ensure a customer-centric approach that delivers significant business value. In this role, you'll collaborate with internal subject matter experts, executives, and external vendors to establish and maintain a market-leading Talent Acquisition experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 4 to 5 individual contributors, ranging from junior to experienced project managers and high-potential talent.
  • Own the execution of the TA Technology Strategy and oversee the project management of all tech/software/licenses used by TA, including PI planning, new implementations, system enhancements, fix, mergers & acquisitions, research, and documentation.
  • Review the Talent Acquisition department's project pipeline and align with business priorities to plan project management capacity.
  • Manage technology vendor relationships.
  • Collaborate closely with recruiters, sourcers, candidates, hiring managers, HRIS, IT, Compensation, Legal, Workforce Analytics, Workforce Compliance, Employee Experience, Labor Relations, and Employee Relations.
  • Apply a digital and data mindset to lead conversations, decisions, and strategies based on facts, process automation, and technology adoption.
  • Act as a project manager on key strategic initiatives and provide leadership and support to deliver against HR and TA priorities.


Minimum Requirements
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in implementing Human Resource and/or Talent Acquisition technology such as Workday, HiredScore, Paradox and GEM.
  • Minimum 6 years of people leader experience, including the management of a project management function.
  • Experience in implementing conversational AI and process automation.
  • Advanced communication, storytelling, and presentation skills at the senior leader and executive level.
  • Hybrid work-from-home and office-based as business needs dictate.
  • Up to 10% domestic travel in the U.S. for internal and external meetings and conferences.

This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. Our Base Pay Range for this position

$127,000 - $211,600
