While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to convey information and communicate. The employee frequently is required to move, traverse inside an office environment, operate office equipment (computers, keyboards, telephones, printers, scanners etc.), and detect information necessary to make decisions. The employee is also required to move and traverse outside the office environment, including same-day and overnight travel in and out of the state. This is a hybrid position with expectations to be onsite in our Indianapolis office several days a week.

- Designing, implementing, and measuring enterprise-wide talent management strategies
- Supporting the organization's short-and-long-term strategic plans
- Manages all aspects of the talent management function-talent acquisition, talent development, employee relations, total rewards, and HRIS-including budgeting, forecasting, analysis, department-specific short to mid-term (1-3 years) workplans, and staff development
- Works with senior leadership to develop solutions and implement business objectives involving the organization's most valuable asset-its people-sometimes in high-stakes environments
- Supports and enhances the organization's culture and DEIB initiatives
Minimum Knowledge and Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in HR Management or similar area or equivalent. Master's degree preferred
- 7-10 years' experience in a senior HR management role or equivalent; merger/acquisition experience a plus
- A strong understanding of the company's business, culture, and strategic vision
- Demonstrated leadership, collaboration and management skills and the ability to develop others and build effective teams
- Skillful, trustworthy, forceful, timely and a diplomatic negotiator in a variety of circumstances
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; effective in a variety of formal presentation settings both internally and externally. Requires the ability to command attention, manage group processes, and change tactics midstream when something isn't working
- Requires the ability to keep abreast of any changes to legislation and regulations which pertain to Talent Management
