Job Description

Create the strategy and ensure the delivery of consistent operational processes and results for all sites and accounts within the sector. Maximize the performance of the sector by providing leadership, focusing on customer requirements, and operational performance

• Primary point of contact for regional operational leaders in regard to operational performance and related initiatives

• Communication of operational performance strategy: actions, results, and initiatives to/from customer, to/from sites

• Partner with sector and operational leaders to ensure operational performance disciplines align with business and account strategies

• Create and Manage the analysis of performance statistics and ensure strategy to drive metric improvement on an annual basis

• Primary sponsor of projects related to metric improvement and key project initiatives

• Lead the regional operational performance team

• Champion continuous improvement process initiatives across customer sites and sector as appropriate

• Communicate and educate associates as appropriate in the understanding of operational performance and the role in which they contribute

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree, required

• P&L management, required

• 5 -7 years management experience, required

• 3 - 5 years logistics industry experience, required

• 5 - 7 years finance experience, required
