Job Summary
The Strategy and Performance Analytics group provides business critical insights, ensures cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps drive the performance of the growth, marketing, and sales organization. The group focuses on aligning the highest-level company priorities with a strong pulse on day-to-day trends and operations.
The Director of Testing Strategy will be responsible for leading test & learn strategy with a passion for leveraging insights to improve results. Using your expertise in test design, execution, and analysis you will help deliver insights across all products, sales channels, and geographies. This role will lead a team of analysts and directly manage an outside vendor to be the leader of our testing strategy and results. In this role you will work across HQ and divisions to harness the power of a sophisticated testing platform to help stakeholders execute successful test and learn initiatives. This role has broad influence and will be expected to engage at various levels including our executive leadership team down to channel partners and vendors.
Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Manage the intake, design, results, and insights from testing pipeline working closely with stakeholders
- Lead conversation across HQ, divisions, and channels to prioritize our testing roadmap to ensure results influence 3-6 month strategy & decisions
- Manage team of 2 analysts responsible for running analysis, summarizing results, maintaining testing roadmap, and engaging stakeholders
- Leverage knowledge of A/B testing, multivariate testing, matched pair analysis, and other techniques to guide new testing and be an SME for all things testing
- Proactively identify new testing opportunities with the goal to improve our business results
- Manage vendor relationship including data load process, contract, and resources to maximize impact
- Create connections across HQ and division partners to have a knowledge of testing activity and share best practices across groups
- Run test results in platform as needed to drive insights
- Identify new data sources as needed within test results and platform to ensure testing KPIs are delivered
- Work across many groups to improve testing process by accelerating timeliness of learnings and decreasing manual effort
- Evaluate new testing techniques and tools with recommendations on which could help testing strategy & execution
- Utilize technical skills and presentation skills to socialize insights through close partnership with stakeholders
Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of quantitative analysis and ability to provide intuitive plain language understanding to C level executives
- Demonstrated experience dealing with very senior executives with an ability to synthesize multiple analytical insights into a compelling strategic / actionable plan.
- Experience managing high performing teams including development, communication, and team building
- Strong presentations skills and ability to craft a strategic narrative.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on collaboration.
- Strong Project Management and Business Consulting skills. Ability to influence non-direct reports.
- Demonstrated success in identifying key business trends and issues with a consultative application of analytical insights.
- Strong quantitative skills developed and demonstrated through past project experience.
- Demonstrated ability to be involved in day-to-day activities and provide hands-on analytical support as needed.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Bachelor's Degree
