Director, Total Rewards (Andover, MA)

Reporting to Sr Director, Global Total Rewards, a key focus area for this role will be reward partnering with senior HRBPs for our Orthopedics business globally on various reward related topics. You will provide strategic inputs to business for managing competitive pay for their talent and ensure alignment and execution of all rewards processes across the organization. This position will be a key member of the Global Rewards COE. You will provide strategic inputs to the rewards strategy globally and also support strategic Global rewards initiatives from time to time.

What will you be doing?

  • Providing solutions to business on reward related topics to manage talent attraction, retention and drive performance.
  • Proactively look at compensation data to provide meaningful insights and analysis.
  • Drive global compensation processes and priorities across their specific business units.
  • Liaison with finance as required to manage reward related spend.
  • Participate in compensation & benefits surveys on an ongoing basis to ensure we have updated market data and latest trends including any specific market data requirements for the specific business being supported.
  • Review compensation analysis based on market data for the assigned countries/businesses, ensuring alignment with internal and external data. Liaise with HR to identify key talent who are underpaid and prepare an action plan to correct salaries.
  • Partner with global benefits group for review and planning of insured Benefits, and provide support for communication/education to HR and managers.
  • Support rewards team to drive HR/Manager communication as and when required. Customize material as per requirement of their groups.
  • Drive the Pay review process in alignment with the company strategy and reward principles. Establish audits and analysis such as utilization rate, outliers, completion status, etc
  • Contribute to Long Term Incentives strategy for annual process and manage execution for the same.
  • Partner with HRBP & Business to review the alignment of Sales Incentives schemes in the BU to ensure consistency and market alignment.

What will you need to be successful?

  • Education: Post graduation in HR related fields.
  • 8+ years progressive compensation and benefits experience, 2+ years at the global level
  • 2+ years incentive design experience
  • Strong understanding of legal and regulatory requirements
  • Sales incentives work will be beneficial

The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $170,000-180,000 USD annually and the compensation offered will depend on the candidate's qualifications. You may also be entitled to receive bonus and benefits, which may include medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401k, tuition reimbursement, medical leave programs, and a variety of wellness offerings.
