Director, Treasury Business Management

The Director, Treasury Business Management leads the overall business management and product operations function for Treasury. Responsible for achieving the P&L goals and a key member in developing short- and long-term strategy of the business. Drives and executes overall business strategy, including GTM channels, brand, customer acquisition & retention. Delivers revenue by ensuring successful implementations, activations, and support for the clients we work with. Defines and reports on key business metrics.

• Manage and engage stakeholders to support the process and ensure the product delivers revenue goals
• Consistently drive the organization to realize revenue faster.
• Drive definition and reporting of key business metrics to understand the state of the business. Manage and report on the budget and operating plan
• Collaborate with Sales/Sales Enablement to report on the sales pipeline, and sell-through pipeline, and measure goal-realization. Works with Implementations teams to review project portfolio/delivery
• Assist with P&L activities and performance of the business
• Collaborate with product management by providing client feedback and requests into the product roadmap. Collaborate with Compliance and Risk to grow responsibly.

Basic:

• Bachelors in Business, Finance or related field with 8 years of Business, product management, Sales Ops, and/or Sales Enablement

Preferred:

• Experience in Product Management, Sales, Sales Enablement or Marketing
• Advanced knowledge and use of behavioral analysis tools to understand user experience across different landscapes
• Technical understanding of product and customer requirements.
• Advanced experience executing projects and programs for multiple complex
• Experience with Team Development and Motivation
• Knowledge and Experience in Product Lifecycle Management
• Experience in agile fast-paced development environment
• Proven ability to collaborate across multiple business segments and influence without authority
• Proficiency with financial models
• Advanced experience using a data-driven approach to understand user behavior and discovering and evaluating product opportunities
• Advanced experience leveraging test and learn frameworks to drive product evolution
