PURPOSE STATEMENT
Ensure delivery of desired outcomes and new levels of performance (e.g. growth, productivity, new capabilities) by orchestrating the business productivity transformative initiatives that impact people, process, and technology in an accelerated manner. Build the muscle and culture across the organization needed to propel Rich's forward at a different pace through collaboration, agility, empowerment, and inspiration. Develop and design the Value Capture Office with a consistent process and governance structure to ensure delivery of results.
Elevate Process within the organization through strong Process and Project leadership, ownership, and advocacy to create new ways of working and drive greater levels of productivity. Coach, manage, and develop the Value Capture COE to create tomorrow by challenging the status quo.
Drive business transformation and value delivery with speed, agility, and collaboration. Accountable for the leadership of Value Capture Work which includes planning, execution, capability building and sustainability. Leverage knowledge of business strategy, process, technology, and operations to ensure implementation plans/approaches meet the needs of Rich's business strategy and model.
Lead cross-workstream innovation and productivity initiatives on a global scale through collaboration with internal and external resources to ensure efficient and successful project implementations. Responsible for working closely with business stakeholders in the elements of process design, organizational change management, technology, and data governance to challenge the status quo, deliver best-in-class implementation, and drive broad business transformation to achieve new levels of business performance.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/OUTCOMES
Transform the business by executing productivity targets:
- Develop and maintain the Value Creation roadmap inclusive of all end-to-end workstreams, working closely with workstream leaders, transformation office, executive team, key stakeholders and function leaders to execute improvement opportunities to drive heightened business value with speed, agility, and collaboration.
- Establish an effective Value Creation program governance and prioritization process; Ensure an effective decision-making hierarchy/matrix is established and adhered to across all levels in the organization to ensure rapid and high-quality decisions. Empower teams to act quickly, escalate effectively, remove obstacles etc.
- Collaborate and recommend program objectives, outcomes, and success criteria across all workstreams within the Value Creation program. Identify and implement key metrics and monitors to ensure project deliverables are achieved and reported through program scorecard. Serve as escalation point for all critical issues, risk and conflict.
- Responsible for business resource plans and all administrative aspects of project execution including securing needed resources, scheduling meetings, ensuring attendance etc.
- Identify incremental improvement opportunities across workstreams and functions, communicate the associated business benefits with the Global Supply Chain Steering Team
- Responsible for overall collaboration with Global Supply Chain Steering Team, Transformation Office, E Team and Workstreams.
- Ensure effective change management plans and training exists relative to new processes or platforms across all levels of the organization.
- Provide leadership and direction to workstream leads and team members. Create an open, transparent team environment that supports challenging the status quo to create the future of work at Rich's. Effectively manage the team to drive engagement, associate and team performance and recognition.
- Establish effective working relationships with third party partners to ensure all parties are working harmoniously, resolving conflict, and achieving common strategic goals.
Transform the business through greater process discipline:
- Lead, coach and develop the Value Creation Office.
- Identify process synergies across transformation initiatives and resolve collisions to promote wide-spread business transformation.
- Embed greater process discipline through the Project Management of the following Leader Lead Transformations: Portfolio Optimization/DTV, Procurement Indirect, Transportation, Smart Factory and TPM Acceleration.
- Achieve productivity benefits by promoting the "Simple, Standard, Global" process strategy across the organization.
- Establish standard End-to-End core business processes excellence across this productivity work.
- Design and uphold best in class Value Creation Model.
Enable Value capture office to transform by leading the forum that synchronizes, execution and planning to augment the value of other leader-led transformational initiatives. Oversee OCM and Communication Strategy for Deployment.

- Business process improvement experience and project management experience, including definition of project plans, management of budgets, and supervision of people.
- Demonstrated success leading large productivity initiatives
- Strong leadership capabilities, influence, coaching, interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work across markets, divisions, and functions to influence change across the organization without formal authority.
- Executive presence with Executive Steering Team, Transformation Office and senior business leaders.
- Proficient in change management methodologies (i.e. ADKAR) with large scale global programs.
- Ability to resolve cross organizational conflicts, across functions and businesses.
- Ability to engage internal business stakeholders and team members at all levels of the organization and can present ideas and concepts to executive leaders.
- Capability to understand and analyze complex business processes/problems and develop clear proposals depicting solutions (e.g., Procure to Pay, Procurement, TPM, Manufacturing and Transportation).
- Effectively manages the team to drive engagement, performance management, teamwork, and flexibility.
Qualifications / Degree Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree preferably in Business, Supply Chain, Technology, or related field
- MBA or equivalent experience preferred
- Required Professional Expertise
- At least 10 years of experience of Project Management and transformational change
- Minimum 5 years of experience across core business processes
