Job Description
Modivcare is looking for an experienced Vendor Management Director to manager the full lifecycle of vendor contracting and assessment. The primary goal of the ModivCare vendor management program is to create efficiencies, promote service excellence, mitigate risk and gain increased value from our designated vendors. You will report to the IT leadership team.
You will...- Build our long and short-term Vendor Management Strategy (sourcing, partnering with departments, innovation in management and strategic vendor use)
- Improve of the vendor management program with a focus on cost reduction, quality improvement, supplier optimization and minimal change
- Partner with operational team members to coordinate the vendor management process and educate on best practices, including timeline planning, vendor selection, contract negotiation, training, monitoring, offboarding and assessment
- Track and improve vendor performance using measurements, service level agreements, metrics, escalation and efficiency contracting
- Establish procedures setting forth the operational requirements for ModivCare vendor arrangements such as preferred and minimum contract terms, use of templates and use of RFPs and competitive bids
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years contact center experience
- Knowledge of healthcare or technology services

Salary: $103,691 - $154,140 / Annually
Bonus eligible based upon company and individual performance
