WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Developing a forward-thinking talent strategy that will accelerate our ability to achieve our vision and mission
- Purposefully architecting and nurturing an unparalleled, end-to-end employee experience and workplace environment
- Developing, implementing, and evolving our practices as our business and employee needs change: from exploration and assessment, to talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, DEIB, talent development and retention

- Onboarding: ensuring an energizing and inspiring onboarding experience
- Performance Management: driving performance excellence by developing and implementing a framework and process for goal setting, expectation alignment, and measurement of results; Leading talent review discussions, managing assessment processes and conducting talent mapping
- DEIB: embedding diversity, equity, and inclusion into all our people and business practices and ways of working to strengthen belonging and engagement
- Employee Communication: leading internal communications and partnering with colleagues across G&A and R&D to nurture our culture and reinforce our shared operating principles
- Talent Development: assessing and identifying development needs; developing and overseeing learning & development programming
- HR Business Partner: serving as a strategic partner to management; partnering with People & Business Operations to develop policies and procedures and assessing them to ensure their alignment with company goals, values and desired ways of working

- 20+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources.
