WHO YOU ARE...

This Disclosure Specialist aids in the generation and distribution of regulatory mortgage disclosures by ensuring disclosures are within compliance. When necessary, work with originators to be sure all aspects of the Loan Estimate (LE) are correct prior to disclosure or re-disclosure and enter all required information into the LOS. The Specialist will also review, verify, and ensure that mortgage loan disclosures are accurate and comply with established regulation timelines. The Disclosure Specialist must be familiar with Federal and State requirements as it pertains to disclosing mortgage loans.


WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING…

  • Enter all data on new loans as received into the LOS as needed for initial submission. 
  • Distribute initial application disclosures to customers, as required, for new loans.
  • Review Change of Circumstance and re-disclose as applicable to Federal and State laws throughout the loan process, including rate locks, extensions, approvals, commitments and APR changes.
  • Enter all required data into the computer system which is needed to obtain complete and accurate initial Closing Disclosures or Re-disclosures of CD.
  • Stay up-to-date with all regulatory RESPA-TILA/TRID changes and ensure all disclosures are in compliance.
  • Distribute initial and/or revised closing disclosures to customers as required.
  • Maintain all queues to Maxwell’s Service Level Agreement (SLA)
  • Complete all Maxwell mandatory training within the required timelines.


IDEALLY YOU’LL HAVE...

  • Disclosure Coordinator experience 
  • Processing experience 
  • 3-5 years of mortgage industry experience
  • Regulatory compliance knowledge
  • Ability to be well organized in an environment of diverse responsibilities Skillful at establishing priorities and channeling effort productively 
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to clearly communicate with co-workers, lenders, and 3rd party vendors as needed
  • Demonstrate flexibility, versatility, commitment, good judgment, and ability to be well organized

Compensation Range: $48,000-$61,000
