Dispute Resolution Specialist
Carrying out general activities to support the execution of Finance activities.
Your role:
- Obtaining agreements to pay from customers upon resolution of disputes.
- Processing, generating, and sending out customer invoices via email on a daily basis; working closely with the logistics team to obtain proof of deliveries.
- Issuing daily credit memos for defective and damaged returns, according to service return policies.
- Researching, analyzing, and disputing customer deductions and credits within a consumer product industry.
- Navigating order intake systems to obtain claims of shortages, late shipments, defective parts, and incorrect pricing; reviewing and investigating customer shortage/overage claims and responding accordingly.

You're the right fit if:
- Bachelor's degree or higher-level education and/or equivalent business experience involving general accounting.
- 3+ years of experience with AR, B2B collections, disputing/researching deductions and credits, invoicing, and/or order management.
- Basic understanding of revenue recognition, incoterms, billing of ladings, credit holds, and sales discounts
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (intermediate Excel experience, including knowledge of pivot tables and vlookups)
- Ability to display organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills; excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to display flexibility and adaptability to a changing environment
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects, working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
