Dispute Specialist (On-Site)

We are hiring for a Dispute Specialist for our Deposit Operations team! The Dispute Specialist is a customer advocate that investigates, manages and offers guidance to customers that have reported fraud and will monitor systems to proactively identify possible fraud that has not yet been reported. The Specialist will process disputes and fraud claims relating to Regulation E and participate in fraud related training.

Requirements:

Minimum: Three years of banking experience. Knowledge of and ability to interpret and disseminate information regarding federal regulations and state banking law. Position requires the ability to organize and prioritize work in order to meet deadlines. Strong verbal, written and public speaking skills and interpersonal skills to effectively present information, respond to questions, write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals/training materials. Must be computer literate. Must possess problem-solving and team building skills.

Preferred: Five years of banking experience, security/fraud investigation and/or resolution related experience. Basic knowledge of Regulation E and/or Nacha Operating rules.
