McCain's Disruptive Innovation team is seeking an experienced contractor for six-months. This person will sit within the NA Potato Business Unit (The largest at McCain!) on the marketing team and will work across both Foodservice & Retail channels.
RESPONSIBILITIES

• As the project owner of Disruptive Innovation Projects, report into Senior Brand Manager to drive commercialization projects to be on-time while meeting conditions of satisfaction
• Lead weekly cross functional project team meetings
• Project management - critical path, contingency planning & escalate roadblocks
• Partner with insights partners to shape holistic learning plans
• Provide guidance to technical teams to delivery against development brief
• Ready necessary documents for stage-gate reviews
• Provide critical project progress updates to inform S&OP process

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 7 years of experience in the CPG industry
• Has led complex commercialization projects in CPG, preferably Food and Beverage
• Working knowledge of stage-gate & comfortable with presenting to senior level gatekeepers
• Brings experience building strong partnerships with critical cross functional roles like R&D, Insights, Finance and Sales
