Job Description

We seek a dynamic and experienced Senior Leader to join our digital engineering company. This individual will bring a wealth of expertise in data, AI (including Gen AI), ML, and digital engineering to the table. The primary responsibilities of this role encompass consulting for our clients, aiding in business acquisition through solutioning, and spearheading the execution of client engagements. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in shaping our clients' digital transformation journeys, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and innovative strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Act as a strategic advisor to clients, driving the formulation of Enterprise Data roadmaps by identifying current setup gaps and charting a path forward.
2. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to effectively pinpoint use cases and address technical challenges.
3. Stay abreast of industry trends, landscape shifts, best practices, and technological advancements in AI and Gen AI to provide informed guidance to clients.
4. Work closely with the Data & AI COE (Center of Excellence) to harness collective expertise and deliver optimal solutions.
5. Strategically plan continuous engagement with client Enterprise Architecture teams to ensure alignment with evolving business needs.
6. Review and refine data roadmaps regularly to accommodate evolving business requirements and technological progress.

Expertise Required:

1. Proven track record in crafting and executing enterprise data & AI strategies that drive business transformation.
2. Proficiency in translating business objectives into robust data infrastructure solutions.
3. Extensive experience in Data Governance, Data Modeling, Data Security, Data Strategy, Data Integration, and Master Data Management (MDM).
4. Expertise in AI and Gen AI, including natural language processing, computer vision, deep learning, and reinforcement learning.
5. Familiarity with diverse tools and frameworks pertaining to Data Analytics, Data Modeling, and Data Virtualization.
6. Ability to facilitate rapid prototyping and design for new projects, fostering innovation and agility.
7. Demonstrated analytical prowess and a proactive problem-solving approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in data, AI, ML, and digital engineering domains, with a proven track record of leadership and client engagement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
