Distinguished HRIS Engineer - US Remote

In EBS Domain we have three subdomains HR Information Systems (HRIS), Finance Technology, and Supply Chain Technology.
What You Will Do:

• Serve as a subject matter expert for SAP SuccessFactors Modules: Employee Central, Recruiting & Onboarding, Compensation, and Talent Management.
• Participates in process analysis to understand business complexities, and constraints and recommends Process and/or technical improvements.
• Enables cross-functional teams to work in parallel by providing guidance and direction in support of business solution architecture.
• Defines technical strategy for the entire HRIS organization and drives solution clarity for across domains.
• Leads deep architectural and process discussions on a variety of topics, driving clear actions. Communicates complex concepts to non-technical management and is completely self-sufficient in communications with stakeholders and peers.
• Establish frameworks or patterns for learning or using new technology practices within your domain. Ensure the team is keeping modern and relevant skills. Proactively mentor junior engineers into technology leaders.
• Design solutions that ensure the most sustainable, flexible, and cost-appropriate technology platform with world-class user experience.
• Provide solution guidance and leadership to business partners and stakeholders for resolving business challenges and problems while improving the user experience.

Your Qualifications:

• 12+ years of experience in HR systems delivery and support in a multinational company with 8+ years of experience in configuring, integrations, applications, implementing, and supporting HR technologies like SAP SuccessFactors.
• Experience in SuccessFactors modules: Employee Central, Performance and Goal Management, Recruiting & Onboarding, and Compensation.
• Full-lifecycle multi-module Success Factors implementations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and presented to stakeholders at many levels.
• Drive decisions, deliver results and meet project deadlines.

Nice to Have:

• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
• Experience in SAP CPI and Integration Center
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar preferred.
