This role is within Chamberlain Group's Operations and Supply Chain function. A successful incumbent is expected to (i) Track and report order shipment errors and (ii) Own reordering program (Kanban) throughout the facility. Education requirements include: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent; Experience requirements include: 3+ years of relevant work experience.
Administrator II, Distribution Responsibilities:

  • Track and report order shipment errors
  • Own reordering program (Kanban) throughout the facility
  • Monitor order management reports for Distribution Center Leadership
  • Own BOL and regularity processes
  • Wave orders periodically under directions of Distribution Center leadership
  • Own the clerical portion of the internal compliance audit process for the distribution center
  • Follow all safety, company, and 6S standards in the distribution center to ensure clean and safe working environment and security of all employees
  • Perform assigned tasks utilizing standard work and policies in order to ensure highest levels of safety and quality
  • Responds to all customer service and supplier requests, including via phone, email, and IM
  • Meets and greets all will call customers and ensures their orders are completed expeditiously
  • This position requires regular and predictable on-site attendance and the ability to work the particular shift and/or schedule to which you are assigned, as well as additional hours as needed.
  • Protect Chamberlain Group's reputation by keeping information confidential.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
  • Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed


Administrator II, Distribution Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience
  • Proficient in WM & SAP
  • Preferred Qualifications: Orange Belt Certification, Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
