The Role:
Aisera is seeking a high-energy Distribution Channel Director  to help manage the onboarding, enablement, and growth of key Aisera distribution partners. As member of the channel team, your primary responsibility will be to develop, nurture a grow the Distribution manager partners to exceed an assigned revenue target. In addition to determining operational and logistical efficiencies, you will establish influential executive-level partner relationships, build quarterly and ad-hoc business plans, design and deliver sales and technical training, and act as the distribution partners’ advocate within Aisera, and other duties as assigned.
What You'll Do:
- Responsible for all aspects of the overall company relationship with distribution partners including revenue growth, profit, business partner management, etc.
- Collaborate with Channel Account Managers to handle distributor administrative issues, along with coordinating with Sales Operations to assist with various administrative issues
- Maintain Executive-level business relationships with distributors, along with other departments (sales, purchasing, etc.)
- Develop knowledge of distribution partner priorities, industry trends, and landscape, Aiersa’s priorities, and  communicates value of the portfolios and solutions to better differentiate Aisera from competitors
- Work closely with field and channel ales teams to drive net new logo acquisition, upsell and cross-sell via distribution partners
- Increase partner recruitment and enablement by maximizing the distribution programs available for their vendors/partners
- Onboard and conduct periodic sales/product training for new and existing distribution partners
What We're Looking For:
- BA/BS or equivalent relevant experience
- 3+ years of partner/channel experience, preferably in the Automation, AI and ITSM , with proven track record and results
- Distribution program design and operations experience with a track record of repeatable success
- Self-sufficient and always looking for ways to improve and recommend new, scalable approaches
- Strong team player with demonstrated ability to develop cross-functional relationships
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision, balance multiple priorities, achieve deadlines
- Effective relationship building, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication, selling, and negotiation skills
- Experience using Salesforce, PRM tools and Office applicationsÂ
