OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly motivated account executive to drive sales in our wholesale distribution channel. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of achieving sales targets, relationship building and project management, with the ability to see the big picture and connect the dots to build the business.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Set targets and implement strategies that will lead to increased sales
  • Manage portfolio of existing wholesale distributor partners
  • Create and execute distributor sales and marketing engagement plans
  • Negotiate and manage partnership agreements
  • Drive relationships with distributors, their sales/marketing teams, and key stakeholders
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of the product line, the brand story, and the competitive landscape
  • Must be comfortable and confident presenting to large groups of people
  • Must be able to use analytics to identify sales trends and opportunities
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop thoughtful and effective sales tools/content
  • Manage distributor product assortments
  • Work closely with planning, sales analytics, and distribution inside sales teams to support distributor needs
  • Regular travel to see visit distributors, execute joint field travel to see end-users, travel to attend industry tradeshows, trainings, other events, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate Excel skills preferred
  • Willingness to travel approximately ~40% of the year
  • Works out of Los Angeles HQ when not traveling
  • 3+ years of related B2B sales/account management experience
  • Promotional products/imprintable market experience is a plus, but not required

The base salary range for this position is $85,000-$95,000 per year which represents the current range for the base salary for this exempt position. Please note that actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. As such, on occasion and when applicable, there is the possibility that the final, agreed-upon base salary may be outside of the upper end of the range. Please also note the range listed is just one component of the company’s total rewards package for exempt employees. Other rewards may include performance bonuses, long term incentives, a PTO policy, and many other progressive benefits.
