What the role is

The Distribution Team Leader reports directly to the VP of Revenue Management, Distribution & Partnership, and will work in close collaboration with the Distribution Specialists team. Her/His role to make sure that all Distribution actions and strategies are well deployed in all locations, respecting certains timelines & criteria. The team leader will also have to contribute to roll out and will have her/his own global project to execute, support some account management, suggest action and strategy, plus monitor trends & results via Reporting.

Some tasks of the Distribution team:

• Connect the properties on new online channels & OTA
• Add or eliminate Rate / Room categories, create promotion, on various channels in accordance with strategy
• Optimise Content & make sure our online presence is complete and always updated
• Support the location team with any kind of special cases or escalation related to Indirect reservation & specific Channel issues.
• Keep track of online channels you''ll be in charge of, participate to meeting with AM, suggest action plan, monitor results & statistics.

What you need for the role

• At least 3 years of experience in Hotel Revenue Management
• Strong level of English and local language for Country RM
• Experience in a Hotel Chain or OTAs (Booking, Tripadvisor, etc)
• Numerical skills
• A good knowledge of CloudBeds is a must.
• Fluent or capable of working in Spanish and English
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Must have strong work ethics
• Must be well organized and a self-starter
• Must be able to follow standard filing procedures
• Detail-oriented, professional attitude, reliable
• Possess strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
