What you’ll do

• Manage distributors, resellers, and wholesalers in Lower South, Thailand territory

• Deliver topline sales per target and CSG

• Drive strategic initiatives to AOP levels

• Expand Reach and Range in the territory assigned

• Lead and enable/train the sales team of Tier 1 and select Tier 2 distributors and resellers

• Execute/implement programs and initiatives to develop business

Your qualifications

• Experience in managing distributors in Lower South region

• Experience in selling electrical or building material products is preferred

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Thai and in English

• Very good problem solving and analytical skills

• Seasoned in Distributor and sales management with relevant achievements and track record

• Must be based in Phuket
