District Account Representative

At PosiGen, we are passionate about providing money-saving solar and energy efficiency solutions for people of all income levels. We are seeking an equally passionate Account Representative that makes field collection visits to customer’s homes in assigned regions.

Salary Range is $18 - $22

Reporting to the Collections Manager, you will have a key role in delivering the best service to our customers, delivering a consistent and professional level of service at all times, and achieving set revenue targets and objectives.

Essential Job Functions

• Make field collection visits to customer’s home in the assigned region per tasks given
• Advise and influence customers on the payment options for debt recovery
• Handle each customer call promptly and in the correct manner, updating records accordingly
• Explain how our lease program works, solar production, and energy efficiency
• Manage customers who are resistant to agent contact by remaining polite, tactful, honest, and firm
• Follow organization policies and procedures including OSHA requirements. Complete OSHA training as required
• Attend organization and other training and meetings as required
• Weekly Schedule: Mon-Sat (one day off during the week); M-F: 10a-7p; Sat: 9a-5p

Education/Experience

• Possess a High School diploma or GED
• Two years of customer service experience
• Knowledge of Billing and Collections procedures
• Salesforce experience is a plus
• Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook is required
• Must have a valid state license and clean driving record
• Must have reliable transportation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word and Excel)
