The DEI Intern will be a member of the Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Action (IDEA)

team reporting directly to the Head of DEI. The Intern will work alongside the DEI

Business Partner, HR, corporate responsibility, and business functions on the

development of the Disability strategy.

The intern will work to understand our baseline disability inclusion index score. The

intern will assess the organizations disability inclusion readiness through interviews and

research in 5 areas: culture & leadership, workplace accessibility, employment practices,

community engagement, and supplier diversity. The final project will conclude with a

presentation and strategy plan outlining the actions needed for next steps.

Preferred Skills: • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in a related field of

study with a demonstrated passion for Communications, Business, Marketing, HR,

Management, Organizational Psychology, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion or

similar; English also considered• Current undergraduate, Junior/Senior level preferred• Project Management experience• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal• Self-motivated, flexible, and able to multi-task• Organization and time management skills• Confident communicator who can work with all levels of management• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Teams)• Assist with the programming of inclusion observances, DEI training, and

awareness initiatives.

Internship Dates: June 5th- July 28th

Hourly Rate: $25/hr
