About this Role:
We are looking for an experienced and thoughtful Program Manager to join the global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) team. You will report into the Senior Director of DEI, to help grow our business and deliver an exceptional associate experience. We are looking for a strategic global DEI practitioner to oversee our Employee Resource Group (ERG) capability and manage alignment with Gartner's global DEI strategy and objectives.
What you'll do:
- Work with the Global Head of DEI and the DEI team to align the ERG capability with Gartner's strategy and business objectives
- Serve as a trusted advisor and coach for the ERG leaders (incl. co-chairs and executive sponsors) and members
- Develop and manage programs and forums for connecting, developing and recognizing ERG leaders and effective practices
- Manage ERG budgets and facilitate the semi-annual planning process
- Manage associate dialogue platforms - Real Talks, Fireside Chats, Ask Me Discussions - and collaboration with essential partners, such as HR, Legal, Communications and CSR
- Develop and enhance metrics that measure ERG impact on Gartner's culture, associates, clients and brand
- Keep abreast of research, insights, and leading and innovative practices for ERGs
What you'll need:
- Minimum 3- 5 years of practitioner experience which might include ERG leadership, leading an ERG capability, program management, organizational development and/or DEI
Preferred but not required:
- Ability to quickly understand and distill data (quantitative and qualitative), and analyses into prioritized insights and action plans
- Experience developing and managing a budget

- A highly effective communicator with the ability to clearly and concisely articulate ideas, concepts, and proposals to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
- Proven ability to design, develop, execute, and measure impact of programs/projects that drive change and support the company's growth
- Capable of working effectively with, and influencing, stakeholders at all levels without having direct reporting authority
