 About the Role 

iCapital is seeking a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Program Lead who will be responsible for implementing and strengthening all aspects of the employee experience including ensuring an inclusive workplace. Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President, Chief Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Officer the DEI Program Manager Lead will ensure the successful execution of the DEI strategy including the integration of the DEI Framework tied to the four strategic pillars: Colleagues, Culture, Community and Clients. The role will have the opportunity to design and develop DEI solutions to increase our diverse representation, create a sense of belonging and community, impact our local communities where do business, and implement key DEI processes. In addition, this role will have an impact beyond the United States and will interact with our colleagues globally.  

 Responsibilities 

  • Partner with the SVP, Global Head of diversity, Equity, and Inclusion with the successful implementation of the DEI strategy.  
  • Proactively recommends strategic solutions to improve critical business outcomes to embed DEI strategies into all programs and activities.  
  • Coordinate, implement, and project manage key diversity, equity, and inclusion programs, initiatives, and frameworks to ensure the achievement of diversity objectives within various business units.
  • Manage Employee Resource Groups (ERGs): Drive awareness and engagement in to advance a diverse and inclusive culture; develop and implement DEI strategies in partnership with ERGs to understand and support building a diverse talent pipeline, employee experience and engagement with our surrounding communities.  
  • Develop and design the annual ERG Summit including DEI capability building of our ERG leaders, ensure linkage of the annual operating plans to the current DEI framework (Colleagues, Culture, Community, and Clients), and review and obtain updates on actual and forecast budgets.  
  • Design presentations, generate reports, and present on DEI matters, discuss opportunities for improvement, and make recommendations. 
  • Act as a DEI subject matter expert and share diversity-related issues, best practices, perspective, insights, and knowledge.  
  • Assist with the management of the philanthropy committee as a part of building iCapital’s reputation in the surrounding communities where we do business. 
  • Manage key strategic DEI partnerships to ensure we are getting the return on our investment and to ensure we are fulfilling the contract agreements.  

 Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree required  
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources  
  • 3+ years with DEI experience.  
  • Certified Diversity Professional license a plus but not necessary  
  • Collaborative and team-oriented, with ability to build relationships with all levels of leadership, technical and business resources  
  • Solid presentation, verbal, and written communication skills  
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify, quantify, interpret, and report statistical data for presentations to make recommendations that support the DEI and business strategy 
  • Strong program, project, and change management experience and skills 
  • Progressive experience in workforce diversity, equity, and inclusion and a solid understanding of diversity best practices a plus 
  • Able to handle confidential materials 
  • Self-starter and passionate about the moving the DEI agenda forward for iCapital. 

  

Benefits 

The base salary range for this role is $100,000 to $125,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus. Employees also receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes an employer matched retirement plan, generously subsidized healthcare with 100% employer paid dental, vision, telemedicine, and virtual mental health counseling, parental leave, and unlimited paid time off (PTO). 

We offer most employees the flexibility to work in the office three to four days and remotely for the remainder of the week. Every department has different needs, and some positions will be designated in-office jobs, based on their function.
