What You Will Do
We are looking for a Diversity Equity & Inclusion Lead to join our Corporate Team in 2023!
The Diversity Equity & Inclusion Lead will provide strategy and help execute initiatives that advance and integrate DEI at Spaulding Ridge into our culture, programs and processes.
Ideal candidates will be able to:
- Lead the curation and implementation of Spaulding Ridge’s DEI strategy
- Collaborate with the DEI Council and Committees on DEI metrics, goal setting and program development and implementation
- Work with leaders across the company to promote learning, growth and celebration of DEI at Spaulding Ridge
- Develop, plan, and facilitate DEI training and learning experiences, and support DEI-related learning globally
- Help lead and enable facilitation/execution of various DEI programs including but not limited to affinity groups, guest speakers and awareness days
- Support the expansion of DEI efforts in EMEA and APAC
- Advise and support DEI-related efforts in talent acquisition, marketing and communications
- Advise senior leadership on key DEI strategies
- Oversight of the DEI budget
- Advise and help facilitate on DEI-related partnerships related to recruiting, community outreach and other
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience building and/or leading Business Resource Groups/DEI Committees and driving DEI strategy and programs
- Experience with managing multiple stakeholders and building relationships at all levels
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to plan and execute a variety of events/programs from start to finish
- Ability to plan, execute, delegate, meet deadlines, manage details and prioritize
- Takes a creative approach to solving problems, innovative and able to challenge the status quo
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Experience managing a company budget
- Experience tracking and analyzing data to inform strategy and recommendations
- Work in a hybrid role with typically 2 days in our Chicago office and potentially travel quarterly
