Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and committed professional to lead our Diversity program.

If you are passionate about diversity and inclusion, have experience in project management, and wish to contribute to creating a more inclusive work environment, we want to meet you!

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and coordinating initiatives that promote a diverse and inclusive work environment, working across different areas of the organization.

This position will report directly to the HR Director.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Lead the design of the diversity program, aligned with the company's objectives and guidelines.
2. Plan initiatives, establishing deliverables, deadlines, responsible parties, and success measures.
3. Coordinate the various initiatives of the Diversity program at both domestic and international levels.
4. Prioritize actions, monitor progress, and propose areas for improvement.
5. Regularly communicate progress using quantitative and qualitative KPIs.
6. Prepare reports for governing bodies.
7. Work across various human resources areas (talent, recruiting, benefits, etc.).

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Passion for diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
• Experience in designing and running diversity programs 
• Excellent communication skills and ability to energize teams.
• Ability to coordinate with different HR areas at local and international levels.
• Independent judgment and assertiveness to evaluate progress and communicate alerts.
• Experience in project management and working with multiple areas.
• Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and project management platforms.
• Analytical skills and data management abilities.
• Initiative and proactivity.
• Collaboration and teamwork skills.

Education: Degree in Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
