Division Adminstrator

SUMMARY OF POSITION:

The Division Administrator position will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the division of Pediatric Endocrinology & Diabetes including the supervision of physicians, fellows, administrative staff and research staff. Responsibilities include recruiting, hiring, monitoring performance, customer service, corrective action initiatives, etc. This position will also prepare and maintain the annual budgets, create and review divisional reports to assure quality, clinical and financial standards are met. Evaluate salaries, benefits compensation, and bonus data and manage monthly OTPS budget. Analyzes internal processes and plans or implements procedural and policy changes to improve operations. Prepares and reviews operational reports and schedules to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Determine budgetary needs by analyzing short and long-term program plans. Collaborates with Division Chief to develop and implement strategic plans for faculty recruitment, growth and operations of clinical and integrated practice models and research development. Work with faculty to improve productivity, quality standards and research growth opportunities.

EDUCATION AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Master's Degree preferred
• Minimum 3 years' experience
