What You’ll Do:
- Conduct a range of assignments derived from the duties and responsibilities of the Senior Vice President, Store Design & Development, Visual Merchandising
- Coordinate and manage high-volume calendars
- Assist with tasks including but not limited to new hire onboarding, vendor management, supply inventory, facilities management, updating org charts and project schedules (The Development Report), reviewing incoming correspondence
- Prepare meeting agendas and recaps
- Prepare, review and categorize correspondence, memoranda, emails; maintain files and financial reports
- Gather and abstract materials for such events as meetings, conferences and presentations
- Administer travel arrangements (domestic & international) and related travel and entertainment expense reports
- Arrange work related lunches/dinners for meetings or events
- Assist in the coordination and planning of Capri related events and projects
- Liaise with external parties and internal staff
- Assist with office related errands
- Participate in other activities or projects at the discretion of management
You’ll Need to Have:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-3 years of administrative support experience
- Must be tech savvy and be proficient in MS Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word
- Adobe Suite proficiency preferred
- Ability to work in NYC office 3-4x a week (4x preferred)

Compensation Range:Â
$44,000.00-$73,000.00
