DME Customer Service Representative - 2nd Shift

Integra Healthcare Equipment is a Durable Medical Equipment company providing patients with medical equipment for all their healthcare needs. We are looking for self-motivated employees seeking an opportunity to be part of our excellent service team. We support 7 states, including IL, MO, MI, WI, IN, MN, and FL. Position does require employee to participate in a on-call shift rotation. The schedule is 11:30 AM-8:00 pm Monday - Friday and rotating on call. DME Customer Service Representative Job Summary: The Customer Service Representative will interact with the company customers via phone and email by addressing inquires and resolving complaints. Duties/Responsibilities: • Interacts with customers via telephone and email to provide support and information on rental/sales transactions, and logistics process. • Collects and enters orders for new or additional products or services. • Fields customer questions and complaints; when the issue is beyond the representative knowledge, forwards to the appropriate staff. • Ensures the appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers problems and concerns. • Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complains or concerns. • Perform other related duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities: • Excellent communication skills including active listening. • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. • Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances. • Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software. • Flexibility to work alternating holidays. Education and Experience: • High school diploma or equivalent. • Customer service experience required. • Medical Equipment experience preferred. Physical Requirements: • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
