Docebo LMS Manager

Reporting to the VP, People Operations and Systems Manager, the Learning Systems Manager will be part of a global team of HR, Learning, Talent Development, and HR Operations and Systems professionals. The Learning Systems Manager will be responsible for the overall strategy, architecture, maintenance, and data of the Learning Management System. This role will own the overall vision and (re)design of the learning management system and be the main point of contact for all things LMS-related to both internal and external stakeholders.
What You'll Do:
- Act as the lead expert, administrator, and organizational point-of-contact for the Docebo Learning Management System (LMS)Â
- Conduct a needs assessment on the current state of the LMS and builds a learning information management strategy and plan, including integration with other HR systems (Ceridian Dayforce)
- Evaluate alternative LMS solutions, including Docebo within Dayforce, and project manage transition to alternative platform
- Direct and design the learner experience and functional testing of system features and content. As needed, redesign the user interface and organization of content on the LMS to enable a more effective learner experience
- Liaison with the Talent Development team, HR Operations, Information Technology department, and TechProduct content team as needed to configure and troubleshoot the LMS, enhance the usability of the system, and ensure data integrity and security
- Proactively identify and implement system or process improvements to enhance learner experience or administrative efficiency
- Create a learning measurement strategy and plan, identifying how the LMS can be used to provide meaningful learning and impact metrics;Â
- Determine learning measurement needs across Enfusion learning initiatives and evaluate Docebo add-ons and other solutions
- Use LMS reporting functionality to communicate key metrics; analyze and communicate data to Enfusion leadership
- Set up automated reporting to enable leaders to monitor and evaluate learning progressÂ
- Manage and may perform day-to-day administrative tasks in the system, including (but not limited to): setting up new learning programs or courses in Docebo, managing third party content (such as Open Sesame), setting up and managing course assignments and registrations, system configuration updates, end-user assistance and problem-solving, and reporting.
- Creates learning paths within Docebo to meet specific learning needs at Enfusion
- Build relationships and work with Docebo and other third party (Open Sesame) representatives to optimize the value of the platform to Enfusion
- Track new Docebo features and support implementation of system upgrades, enhancements, new features as needed
- Develop and maintain procedural documentation and user guides related to system administration and usage
- Uphold the security and confidentiality of learning management system data
What You'll Need:
- 5+ years of hands-on management and configuration of Docebo or other Learning Management Systems
- Background in learning and development and/or human resources
- Experience that demonstrates a solid understanding of how to configure and manage a learning management system, preferably Docebo
- Demonstrated understanding of structuring programs in learning management systems to create optimal learner experience and data integrity
- Understands developing trends in the training and development industry, specifically as it relates to learning technology, and shares with the team, leaders, and others
- Organization skills and attention to detail
- System troubleshooting
- Project Management experience
- Communicates clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing
- Learning metrics measurement and reporting
- Proven knowledge of HR systems and integration with Learning Management Systems
The salary range for this position is between $100,000 - $125,000 + bonus + benefits.
