Document Administrator
Job Description
Responsible for the organizing, updating & maintaining controlled documents as part of Limco's Quality Management System.
Performs the following:
- Formats, modifies and releases controlled documents
- Releases and tracks document changes as part of Change Board
- Orders, tracks and issues inspection stamps
- Ensures document repository is current and organized
- Orders and manages industry standard documents and updates internal repository as necessary
- Practice good housekeeping and 5S principles
- Completes and responds to customer requests for documents
- Updates and maintains supplier quality approvals
- Suggest and implement process improvement ideas
- Other duties as assigned
- Perform other duties as assigned by any supervisor in a professional manner.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Requires frequent use of Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat software
- Must have good written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
