Document Analyst and Reviewer

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Follows a defined plan outlining scheme requirement.
• Identifies if all required items (documents, contracts, and/or samples) are available as defined by the scheme checklist.
• Supports sales and engineering with general scheme-related inquiries
• Communicates to internal/external clients regarding required information per checklist, project status and final project deliverables.
• Under general supervision, supports customers in understanding regulatory requirements to access global markets
• Under general supervision, works with cross-functional divisions and teams to ensure projects remain on track
• Supports and participates in continuous improvement concepts and techniques.
• Read and follow the UL Solutions Code of Conduct, and follow all physical and digital security practices.
• Performs other duties as directed.

This is a remote position but you may be required to go to the office in Mexico City once in a while.
QUALIFICATIONS

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Basic business knowledge. Good working knowledge of basic business software is required (Microsoft suite). Familiarity of the certification business and/or the various schemes/regulations would be a plus but not required.
• Good communication skills. Ability to speak, read and write in English is required.
