Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent technical experience, a bachelor's degree is preferred

• Excellent computer skills

• Proficiency in Excel and Word

• Ability to solve problems both scrappily and holistically

• Ability to perform detail-oriented work, independently as well as collaborating with a team

• Excellent communication, written skills, business acumen and analytical skills

• Experience with a scripting language preferred

• Experience with a document automation software preferred

Ideal candidates might also possess one or more of the following:

• Paralegal or equivalent legal experience
• Strong public speaking and/or presentation skills
• Experience providing live customer support for technical issues
• Experience with relational database schemas (Access or SQL preferred)
• MO-101 Certification as a Microsoft Word Expert
• Experience with Power BI or DAX
• Business-level written fluency in a second language

The compensation information below is provided in compliance with job posting disclosure requirements.

Pay range: $70,000 - $90,000. Actual base pay will depend on varying circumstances, including the position, location, individual qualifications, market finances, and other operations business needs.

Depending on the position, compensation may also include commission, bonuses, etc. Potential for bonuses is based on company performance and potential for merit increases is based on performance."
